1. ARTISTS! RESIDENTS! ORGANIZATIONS! The Triple Hill Arts Initiative is interested in learning more about Mount Vernon, NY’s arts and cultural community, its activity, practitioners, attendees, its needs and resources and interests of residents. In addition to informing the community, school district and new City Hall administration about arts and culture in the community, the census/study is designed to serve as a basis for much-needed resource development.
